Age
18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The result of pathologically confirmed cervical carcinoma (FIGO: a stage of IIB-IVA) and did not undergo a hysterectomy. 2.Receive pelvic radiotherapy. 3.No serious organic diseases including heart, lung, liver and kidney. 4.KPS score >= 60. 5.Aware of the condition and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients combined with other reproductive system diseases. 2.Patients with other malignant tumors before entering the group. 3.Patients concomitant immune system disease or other infectious disease. 4.Patients being treated with antibiotics. 5.Patients with mental disorders or Alzheimer's disease who are unable to communicate with medical staff.
