Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound showed that the nodule was more likely to be benign, and ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration cytology showed that the nodule was benign tumor; 2. Preoperative laboratory tests including blood cell count, coagulation function and thyroid function were normal; 3. No history of neck surgery and radiotherapy, no other serious contraindications; 4. The patient asked for microwave ablation for thyroid nodules or had symptoms related to the nodules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy showed thyroid malignant tumor; 2. A large retrosternal goiter or most of the thyroid nodules were located behind the sternum; 3. Coagulation function was abnormal; 4. Accompanied by thyroid dysfunction, such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism; 5. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system diseases.
