Group B:continuing estradiol valerate until 10 weeks of gestation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 20 and 40 years; Patients with clinical pregnancy through frozen-thawed embryo transfer with hormonal replacement cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal uterine cavity; IVM, PGT; untreated hydrosalpinx; embryos frozen twice; ovulation in the HRT cycles; history of recurrent miscarriage; abnormal karyotypes, thalassemia; contradiction for Estradiol valerate, assisted reproductive technology and pregnancy.
