Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for acute pulmonary embolism: in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism (Draft) issued by the Respiratory Society of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, complete routine examination, CT pulmonary angiography and V / Q imaging to make a definite diagnosis. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: complete routine examination, no history of diabetes, chronic bronchitis and other chronic diseases, no history of serious cardiopulmonary disease, tumor and other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe infection, acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, rheumatic heart disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, contraindications to fibrinolysis, known abnormal bleeding, other major diseases and mental disorders were excluded.
