18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as was definite gastric cancer by histopathology. 2. There was no distant metastasis. 3. It is a primary tumor. 4. No operation, chemoradiotherapy and other tumor treatment. 5. Signing informed Consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With congenital diseases; 2. With metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or severe cardiopulmonary, liver, renal and neurological diseases; 3. Severe gastric cancer (cachexia, survival < 2 months); 4. Severe complications (including intestinal paralysis, ileus, interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, hepatic and renal insufficiency); 5. Gastrointestinal bleeding and requiring regular blood transfusion; 6. With HIV or AIDS; 7. Alcoholism, drug addiction, long-term use of hormones, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8. There were any signs of acute inflammation in the last 2 weeks; 9. hose with major stress reactions (such as burns) in recent 2 weeks; 10. With a blood system disease such as leukaemia.
