Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee; 2.The first unilateral total knee arthroplasty was performed with the Legion PS high buckling prosthesis; 3.Grouping according to PCO changes; 4.Observe the postoperative maximum flexion degree and functional score; 5.Observational research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged 75 years; 2.Severe varus or valgus deformity and flexion deformity of the knee (varus >15 degrees, valgus >10 degrees, flexion > 25 degrees); 3.Severe complications such as prosthesis infection or revision surgery occurred during follow-up; 4.Follow-up is less than 6 months.
