Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obsessive-compulsive disorder undergraduate group: 1. The score of obsessive-compulsive factors in the list of 90 symptoms is >= 3, and the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score is greater than 18; 2. The first episode of obsessive-compulsive disorder, without any intervention, conforms to the United States "Diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders" The fifth edition of the manual (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder, two psychiatrists (one of whom is the chief physician) jointly diagnosed as obsessive-compulsive disorder (mild to moderate); 3. 15-25 years old college students; 4. voluntary Participants in the research and sign the informed consent form; Normal college student group: 1. The compulsive factor score in the 90 symptom list is less than 2; 2. College students aged 15-25 years old; 3. Voluntary participants in the research and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with organic brain diseases, severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases; 2.Patients with severe drug or alcohol dependence or abuse; 3.Patients with severe suicidal tendency and other mental diseases; 4.Severe obsessive-compulsive disorder; 5.Unable Cooperating with psychotherapy, those who need medication, psychotherapy, those who need medication.
