Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. Study group: infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome/endometriosis/adenomyosis/fallopian tube diseases/premature ovarian insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infectious diseses with reproductive system or urinary system; 2. severe hereditary disesses/somatic diseases/psychiatic diseases; 3. contact X rays/toxic substance/drugs with teratogenic dose; 4. drug taking; 5. active clinical infectious diseases(HBV/HCV hepatitis, HIV,tuberculosis,etc).
