Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of the experimental group: 1. Aged 8-11 years; 2. The refractive power progresses rapidly, and the annual refractive power change for 2 consecutive years is >0.5D; 3. 3. The range of refractive power: myopia >= 0.5D. Inclusion criteria of control group: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Stable refractive power, with annual refractive power change = 0.5D; 4. Voluntary participation in this study, patients need to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with strabismus, amblyopia, corneal disease, cataract, glaucoma, fundus disease and other organic eye diseases; 2. Have a family history of amblyopia, high myopia; 3. Have a history of eye surgery, trauma, or combined systemic diseases, etc.
