Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient age between 40 and 85 years; 2) at least 2 symptoms of Hakim triad syndrome: Gait/balance disturbance, dementia, or urinary incontinence; 3) ventriculomegaly with an Evans index > 0.3; 4) normal CSF content and pressure (70-200 mmH2O).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation, Parkinson disease, Alzheimers disease, decline to ELD.
