Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Agree to participate and have the ability to provide informed consent; (2) Physically healthy, without systemic diseases; (3) Age 18-50 years old, BMI 18-30 kg/m2; (4) No drugs affecting cardiovascular function were taken one week before surgery; (5) ASA grade I~II, NYHA grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with the influence monitoring of vascular stenosis, hardening, etc., or the presence of contraindications for arterial puncture; (2) Coexisting systemic diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, blood system and lung diseases, etc.); (3) Those who are not considered suitable for inclusion by other researchers.
