Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients (aged >= 18 years) undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2) ASA grade I ~ III; 3) operation duration >= 2 hours; 4) PPCs medium high risk group (ariscat, the assessment respiratory risk in surgical patients in Catalonia risk score >= 26 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who could not obtain the main indexes during and after operation through medical records.
