Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. The symptoms were unilateral / bilateral scapular pain / discomfort; 3. The t3-5 level of the affected side showed obvious tenderness at the inner edge of the scapula; 4. Except for non musculoskeletal causes (myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, acute pancreatitis), spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, shoulder joint diseases (shoulder back myofascial pain caused by nerve factors is still considered as the symptom caused by nerve root compression of cervical disc herniation, which is still included in the study); 5. And after standard physical therapy, oral drug treatment invalid patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refused to participate in the study; 2. Those with serious heart, liver, kidney and brain diseases; 3. Those with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 4. Those who could not cooperate with the completion of data collection and follow-up; 5. Those who refused injection treatment; 6. Those with puncture site infection and severe coagulation dysfunction; and 7. Those who were allergic to injection drugs (ropivacaine and botulin A).
