18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 50 years. 2. Renal or upper ureteral calculi with the maximum diameter of 1-2cm, or middle and lower ureteral calculi were treated with flexible lithotripsy because the calculi moved to the kidney during operation. 3. With none or mild hydronephrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term bed rest or severe limitation of activities during the period of indwelling stent. 2. The stones embedded in the mucosa, or with multiple stones and hard nature, which need to be broken twice or more. 3. By preoperative and intraoperative examination, urinary system, especially upper urinary tract malformation, ureteral stricture and other factors affecting the discharge of stones; or urinary diversion. 4. Both kidneys or ureters were operated at the same time.
