Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-39 years, normal body weight:18.5kg/m2 <= BMI <= 23.9kg/m2. 2) Do not consume more than 300mg of caffeine per day within nearly six months. 3) Do not take any nutritional supplement in the past month; 4) Do not carry out any professional sports training or regular physical activity within recent half a year; 5) Non-diabetic or hypertensive, be in good health and have no cardiovascular disease that affects the completion of daily physical activities; 6) Do not take any drugs or nutrients that affect energy metabolism; 7) No physical disorder or diseases that affect physical activity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Weight change is more than 2kg within 3 months; 2) Fasting blood glucose > 6.1mmol/L, fasting total cholesterol >6 tendency, SBP/DBP> L;140/90mmHg; 3) Smokers and alcoholics; 4) Monior the quality of sleep by using the PSQI, the person is excluded if the score > 5; 5) Allergic to milk and protein food.
