Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of related diseases after the relevant auxiliary examinations of this hospital; 2. Patients with no mental illness, no language barrier, complete medical history data, and high diagnostic compliance; 3. No chronic liver disease that is not related to obesity by taking hepatotoxic drugs for a long time Screening results are negative; 4. No long-term heavy drinking (men who drink more than 20g a day; women who drink more than 10g a day); 5. There are no medical or psychological contraindications for bariatric surgery; 6. Surgery patients are 18 to 65 years old , Meet the bariatric surgery standard, that is, BMI>40kg/m2 or 35-40kg/m2, accompanied by severe obesity-related comorbidities; 7. The patient has been signed for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness, language barriers and unable to communicate with medical staff normally; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease and malignant tumor diseases; 3. Incomplete medical history data, poor diagnosis compliance or refusal to sign.
