Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who had not been diagnosed with DCM in the past at the first visit, repeated medical history, physical examination and clinical auxiliary examination all indicated that the cause of the disease was unknown and the course of the disease was unclear; 2. The results of echocardiography in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of DCM in "Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy", female patients with left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDd) > 50 mm, male patients with LVEDd > 55 mm, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) Left ventricular fraction (LVEF) < 45% or fractional shortening (FS) < 25%; 3. Chest X-ray examination showed that the proportion of patients with enlarged heart shadow was more than 0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary artery stenosis more than 50% indicated by coronary angiography or coronary CTA; 2. Patients with known etiology and predisposing factors of DCM, such as myocarditis, long-term alcoholism (> 250G / day), perinatal cardiomyopathy, previous history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, hypertensive heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, rheumatic heart disease, pheochromocytoma, Cushing's syndrome and other systemic diseases.
