Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedic doctors with no previous experience of arthroscopy; 2. Orthopedic doctors without meditation history; 3. Orthopedic doctors aged between 22 and 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with inflammatory diseases at present; 2. Subjects with previously diagnosed mental illness.
