Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 85 years and both sexes were eligible; 2. Patients were first stroke, diagnosis of stroke according to the Chinese guidelines and consensus on diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases (version 2016). The diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for stroke refer to the criteria for diagnosis and Evaluation of Therapeutic effect of stroke (for trial implementation). 3. The score of dysphagia scale on admission was < 7; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease and the course of the disease is less than 1 month. 5. Dysphagia occurred 1 week after stroke. Only those who fit the above five items would be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of serious diseases of the liver, kidney, hematological system, or endocrine system; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and aphasia; 3. Dysphagia occurred before stroke; 4. Other diseases that potentially impaired swallowing function, such as head and neck tumors, esophageal neoplasms, craniocerebral injury, myasthenia gravis, and Guillain-Barre syndrome.
