20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the criteria for the diagnosis; 2.Patients with chronic low back pain and diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation for more than 12 weeks; 3.Age between 20 to 60 years old; 4.VAS score of low back pain or leg pain is more than 4; 5.TCM syndrome type belong to blood stasis, cold dampness syndrome, hot and humid, liver and kidney deficiency license; 6.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation with surgical indications; 2.Patient who have underwent lumbar surgery; 3.Complicated by severe developmental spinal stenosis or other severe malformations; 4.Patients who are pregnant or lactating, or planning to conceive during the study period; 5.Patients with severe heart disease, high blood pressure, liver and kidney diseases; 6.Skin damage, ulceration or skin disease; 7.Patients with bleeding tendencies or blood disorders; 8.Psychiatric patients.
