Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients were over 18 years old, less than 60 years old, healthy in the past, without systemic bone metabolic diseases and other diseases affecting bone metabolism, without systemic systemic systemic diseases; 2) the molar relationship was remote middle relationship (from neutral remote middle to complete remote middle relationship), with mild or moderate crowding of upper dentition or deep overburden of anterior teeth; 3) the third molar existed (designed extraction), extracted or congenital For those who are missing and have enough space for distalization of the second molars, the space can be obtained by distalization of the upper molars (2 to 4 molars on one side or both sides, distalization distance is 1-4mm), which can be used to relieve crowding or improve deep coverage, and improve molar relationship at the same time; 4) the second molars have enough bone mass to implant implant anchorage on the mesiobuccal and palatal side, and receive implantation The patients were treated with implant anchorage; 5) patients without TMJ or TMJ in stable stage (orthodontic treatment can be started after arthroscopy); 6) patients requiring invisible appliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients with maxillary second molar defect, severe periodontitis, severe crowding, protrusion, etc; 2) Because of severe crowding, protrusion and other reasons, patients need maxillary reduction treatment; 3) Upper dentition defect; 4) Patients with severe periodontitis; 5) Patients with skeletal deformities need orthognathic surgery; 6) patients with impacted teeth except the third molar; 7) patients with progressive temporomandibular joint osteoarthropathy; 8) patients with severe width imbalance of upper and lower dental arch; 9) history of jaw trauma or surgery; 10) systemic diseases.
