Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender restriction, general condition good before surgery, conscious mind, no language dysfunction. 2. Clinically diagnosed as intracranial tumor, and intracranial tumor resection was performed under general anesthesia. 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had a medical history of gastrointestinal dysfunction, severe organ dysfunction and failure. 2. Multiple metastases have occurred before surgery. 3. Long-term use of antibiotics or immunosuppressants. 4. Contraindications for intracranial tumor resection. 5. Those who cannot cooperate with inspection or other situations deemed inappropriate for selection.
