Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic HBV infection (HBsAg positive for more than 6 months, or HBsAg positive for less than 6 months, but liver biopsy within 1 year is consistent with the pathological characteristics of chronic hepatitis B, and other liver diseases are excluded); 2. Age not less 18 years old; 3. The patient signed the informed consent
