Interventions

Control group:The control group will receive routine prenatal outpatient follow-up.
Intervention group:In addition to usual prenatal care, participants will attend the three-week training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primipara (< 24W); 2. Subjects who can understand Chinese and speak Putonghua; 3. The subjects who can complete the relevant questionnaire independently; 4. Volunteers for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have participated in the research of other related subjects; 2. Pregnant women are medical workers; 3. Subjects without communication equipment to contact.
