Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I - III subjects, aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients with operation time of 1-3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with puncture site infection; 2. Anticoagulant subjects; 3. Morbidly obese subjects (BMI >= 40 kg / m2); 4. Subjects allergic to local anesthetics; 5. Subjects with severe heart and lung diseases; 6. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction and neuropsychiatric diseases; 7. Patients with history of thoracic surgery.
