20 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine; 2. The subjects who scored 17 or more in the first 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD); 3. Subjects aged between 20 and 64 years; 4. Subjects without other mental disorders or drug addiction; 5. Subjects with normal routine examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease, depression and other diseases; 2. Subjects with depression caused by taking drugs; 3. Patients with depression after schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive neurosis, phobic neurosis, anxiety neurosis, hypochondriac neurosis and other neurosis, delayed psychogenic reaction or extreme sadness caused by family changes. 4. Subjects who are currently pregnant or breast-feeding; 5. Patients who received acupuncture treatment 6 months before the trial.
