Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS according to the revised diagnostic criteria of Rotterdam working group of American Society of reproductive medicine (ASRM); 2. Patients with body mass index >= 24kg / m2; 3. Subjects aged 20-40 years old; 4. Subjects who planned to be pregnant and had a history of infertility for 2 years; 5. At least one side of fallopian tube was unobstructed in the subjects without uterine malformation; 6. Subjects whose husbands had no history of infertility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients with previous history of autoimmune system or malignant tumor; 3. Patients with severe history of heart, lung, kidney and liver; 4. Other endocrine diseases leading to infertility, such as hyperprolactinemia and congenital adrenal hyperplasia; 5. Subjects who took drugs known to affect reproductive function or metabolic system in recent 90 days, or took statins; 6. Subjects without other reproductive system diseases.
