Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedic doctors; 2. Subjects without previous arthroscopic experience; 3. Subjects without meditation history; 4. Subjects aged 22-45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory diseases; 2. Or patients with previously diagnosed mental illness.
