Group S:Sufentanil PCIA pump: Sufentanil 0.8µg/ml, total 250ml, PCA 2ml/time, background dose 1ml/h, lock time 5min, limit 12ml/h
Group SE:Sufentanil combined with esketamine PCIA pump: Sufentanil 0.6µg/ml + esketamine 0.4mg/ml, total 250ml, PCA 2ml/time, background dose 1ml/h, lock time 5min, limit 12ml/h .
Group SK:Sufentanil combined with Ketorolac PCIA pump

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasal septum deviation correction / sinusotomy under nasal endoscope; 2. Subjects aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II, BMI 18-25kg / m2; 3. Subjects without respiratory diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental history, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, opioid abuse history, chronic pain need treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects allergic to sufentanil, ketamine and ketorolac; 2. Subjects with active peptic ulcer; 3. Subjects with gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Subjects with low platelet count and bleeding tendency; 6. Subjects using other NSAIDs.
