Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study 1 1. Inclusion criteria of hemiplegic subjects after stroke (1) Gender is not limited, 50 years old <= age <= 80 years old; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, the patients were stable within 3 days to 6 months after ischemic stroke and 2 weeks to 6 months after hemorrhagic stroke; (3) First stroke, unilateral lesion, according to the simplified Fugl Meyer scale assessment of unilateral moderate to severe dyskinesia; (4) There was no moderate or severe cognitive impairment according to the mini mental state examination (MMSE); (5) The subjects or their legal guardian (if necessary) understood and agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of non stroke normal subjects in control group (1) Gender is not limited, 50 years old <= age <= 80 years old; (2) The cognitive function and motor function were assessed by MMSE and Fugl Meyer scales; (3) The subjects understood and agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent. 3. Inclusion criteria of non stroke normal subjects in control group (1) Gender is not limited, 50 years old <= age <= 80 years old; (2) The cognitive function and motor function were assessed by MMSE and Fugl Meyer scales; (3) The subjects understood and agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent. Study 2 Inclusion criteria: 1 (1) Gender is not limited, 50 years old <= age <= 80 years old; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, the patients were stable within 3 days to 6 months after ischemic stroke and 2 weeks to 6 months after hemorrhagic stroke; (3) First stroke, unilateral lesion, according to the simplified Fugl Meyer scale assessment of unilateral moderate to severe dyskinesia; (4) They had clear consciousness, stable vital signs and no cognitive impairment according to mini mental state examination (MMSE); (5) The subjects or their legal guardian (if necessary) understood and agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study 1: 1. Exclusion criteria for subjects with hemiplegia after stroke (1) Existence of motor dysfunction before stroke; (2) Combined with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (3) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials after the onset of illness; (4) Contraindications for MRI examinations, such as patients with pacemakers, metal implants, claustrophobia, etc. (Note: This criteria is for subjects who need fMRI examinations before and after treatment). 2. Exclusion criteria for the control group of non-stroke normal subjects (1) With severe primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (2) Contraindications for MRI examinations, such as patients with pacemakers, metal internals, claustrophobia, etc. Study 2: 1. Exclusion criteria for subjects with hemiplegia after stroke (1) Existence of motor dysfunction before stroke; (2) Combined with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (3) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials after the onset of illness; (4) MRI examination and rTMS treatment contraindications, such as having a pacemaker, metal implants, intracranial aneurysm clipping, history of claustrophobia, history of epilepsy, etc.
