Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) To meet the diagnostic criteria of SVD in "expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease"; (2) Aged from 18 to 90 years; (3) Complete data of imaging examination and cognitive function examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied with other cognitive disorders, such as alcoholism, hydrocephalus, brain trauma, etc.; (2) Previous history of mental illness; (3) Patients with aphasia or disturbance of consciousness.
