Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Depression group (medication): 1. The age is 18-60 years old; 2. Education level of primary school or above; 3. According to the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression; 4. The HAMD score of 24 items was more than or equal to 8 points; 5. Currently taking antidepressants; 6. Be able to understand and cooperate with the research, and the informed consent shall be signed by the subject or his legal representative guardian. Depression group(no medication): 1. The age is 18-60 years old; 2. Education level of primary school or above; 3. According to the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression; 4. The HAMD score of 24 items was more than or equal to 8 points; 5. Never take antidepressants or have stopped taking antidepressants for two weeks; 6. Be able to understand and cooperate with the research, and the informed consent shall be signed by the subject or his legal representative guardian. Healthy control group: 1. The age is 18-60 years old; 2. Education level of primary school or above; 3. It did not meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression; 4. The HAMD score of 24 items was less than 8; 5. Be able to understand and cooperate with the research, and the informed consent shall be signed by the subject or his legal representative guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Depression group: 1. Diagnosis of other mental diseases, such as schizophrenia, etc; 2. Depressive episode caused by organic mental disorder; 3. History of nervous system (including epilepsy or obvious cerebrovascular disease), brain trauma or surgery; 4. Manic or hypomanic symptoms existed in the past, or manic or hypomanic symptoms occurred before the end of the study after enrollment; 5. A history of abuse or dependence of psychoactive substances; 6. There were mental retardation, dementia and other situations that were judged as unable to understand and complete the questionnaire survey and examination and evaluation; 7. History of severe or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, liver, endocrine or immune diseases; 8. There are violent or impulsive self injurious behaviors or obvious tendency of violence or impulsive self injurious behaviors at present;9. History of electroconvulsive therapy in recent one month; 10. Pregnant or lactating women, other individuals who may be economically or educationally disadvantaged. Healthy control group: 1. History of mental illness or family history; 2. Mental retardation, dementia and other cases judged to be unable to understand and complete the questionnaire survey and evaluation; 3. History of substance abuse or dependence; 4. History of serious or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, liver, endocrine or immune diseases; 5. Nervous system (including epilepsy or obvious epilepsy) 6. Pregnant or lactating women, other individuals who may be economically or educationally disadvantaged.
