Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing throracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia, BMI 19~28 kg/m2, ASA grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of neurological and psychiatric diseases, preoperative anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy, abnormal liver and kidney function, coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy, history of acute and chronic pain, chest and spinal deformity, puncture site damage and infection, etc..
