The sufentanil group:The sufentanil group was given 0.2 micrograms per kg 5 minutes before the operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection in February 2021 - December 2021 in our hospital undergoing elective line 100 cases of elderly patients with unilateral hip fracture surgery, male or female, age 80 or higher, ASA sizing II - III, BIM: 18 to 24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received anticoagulant therapy or treated with heparin or aspirin in the near future; 2. To the study group involved in drug allergy patients; 3. Or patients with contraindications for the use of the study drug patients with moderate or severe anemia symptoms; 4. Patients with mental disorders or communication disorders; 5. Patients with spinal diseases, lower extremity malformations or paresthesia, combined with neurological diseases
