12 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Class I or II ambrosial malformation; 2.No crowding or mild to moderate crowding in upper and lower dentition; 3.Non-tooth extraction correction scheme was adopted; 4.Periodontal tissue is basically healthy; 5.BMI range before and during treatment: 18.5 <= BMI < 24; 6.Subjects voluntarily participate in this experiment and give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe bone asymmetry malformation, opening and closing malformation or deviated malformation exist in maxillofacial region; 2.Maxillofacial trauma, surgery, orthodontic history; 3.Maxillofacial soft tissue defect or soft tissue asymmetry more than 5mm; 4.Received orthodontic and orthognathic combined treatment; 5.Absence of teeth other than the third molars; 6.Tooth extraction orthodontic treatment was needed for severe dentition congestion; 7.Moderate to severe periodontitis; 8.The facial jaw has substantial lesion; 9.Temporomandibular joint disorder with obvious clinical symptoms; 10.BMI exceeds the range requirements before and during treatment; 11.Facial plastic surgery was performed before and during the study; 12.Subjects need to withdraw from the study for other personal reasons.
