Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Trauma history is less than 2 weeks; Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (MRI showed low signal in T1 weighted images and hyperintense in T2 weighted images and STIR sequences); Less than 50% collapse of the vertebral body, as determined by lateral plain radiographs; 2. Radiographic data (including X ray, MRI or bone scan, and CT,) complete; 3. Sign informed consent; 4. VAS for pain is more than 5 scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe comorbid disease that can lead to intolerance of the surgery; 2. Vertebral compression fracture due to osteolytic tumor; 3. CT suggests that the posterior wall of the fractured vertebral body is incomplete or ruptured; or, Manifestation of spinal cord or nerve root compression.
