Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Polypoid lesions diagnosed by colonoscopy. 2.The lesions were examined by ordinary white light endoscope and NBI endoscope, and the patients suspected of early cancer were examined by magnifying NBI endoscope, indigo carmine staining endoscope, crystal violet staining endoscope and ultrasonography endoscope. 3.Complete resection of EMR and ESD or surgical resection and lymph node dissection of the lesions. 4.The resected specimens were treated according to the pathological section method of early digestive tract cancer and diagnosed according to the Vienna standard. 5.Histological types are adenoma, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, papillary adenocarcinoma and tubular adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With inflammatory bowel disease. 2.Progressive CRC. 3.The detailed endoscopic observation required by this experiment was not carried out. 4.Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous carcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma.
