Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The type of incision is a type I surgical incision, and all have plastic and cosmetic sutures. The length of the postoperative scar on the body surface is > 3cm; 2. Aged 16-60 years; 3. No other adjuvant treatments such as radiotherapy or pressure therapy have been received at the surgical incision; 4. Have not received various forms of BTxA treatment in the past; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of chronic system diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease; 2. Patients with scar constitution; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Serious systemic diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Those who cannot tolerate surgery; 7. Other patients with contraindications to botulinum toxin type A for injection; 8. Other situations deemed inappropriate for selection.
