Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with T2DM diagnosed by WHO (1999); 2. Patients with depression score > 50; 3. Patients over 18 years old; 4. Patients with clear consciousness and normal communication; 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with fasting blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; 2. Patients with type 1 diabetes and special types of diabetes; 3. Subjects who regularly consumed DF (oat bran) for more than 4 days / w; 4. Subjects who are allergic to food (especially oat bran) or in other dietary treatments; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. Subjects using antidepressants, anxiety, neurotics, psychotropic drugs or glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists; 7. Patients with stroke, cachexia, malignant tumor and unstable cardiovascular disease, such as myocardial infarction; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Patients with digestive dysfunction and previous gastrointestinal surgery. Liver and kidney insufficiency (ACR < 30mg / g) and severe gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; 10. Patients taking glucocorticoids and hyperthyroidism; 11. Patients who participated in multiple studies at the same time.
