Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women; (2) Stage I-III; (3) Aged 18-85 years; (4) Unilateral primary breast cancer; (5) After total mastectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The pathological type is simply carcinoma in situ; (2) Received anti-tumor treatment before surgery; (3) Suffer other malignant tumors.
