Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of high anal fistula. 2.the age is from 18 to 65 years old. 3.the three routine tests, blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function, 12-lead ECG and whole chest X-ray were all within the normal range or negative. 4.patients with no previous operation history of anal fistula. 5.those who were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, diabetes, malnutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, syphilis, AIDS and other related diseases that affect the growth or healing of incisions. 2.patients with severe important organ diseases and / or mental disorders. 3.pregnant, lactation and menstrual women. 4.patients with previous operation history of anal fistula or scar constitution.
