EA group + 24 degrees C local anesthetics:No penetration, no heating
EA group + 37 degrees C local anesthetics:Do not penetrate the dura mater, heat local anesthetics
DPEgroup + 24 degrees C local anesthetics:Penetrating the dura mater without heating local anesthetics
DPEgroup + 37 degrees C local anesthetics:Penetrating the dura mater, heating local anesthetics

20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida parturients; 2. ASA grade I and II; 3. uncomplicated pregnancy in vertex presentation; 4. at 38 to 42 weeks gestation; 5. in active labor with cervical dilatation 3~5.0 cm; 6. Visual Numerical Rating Scale (VNRS) at requesting analgesia > 5 (NRPS 0-10)and desiring epidural labor analgesia; 7. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 35 kg/m2; 2. Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia (Coagulation dysfunction, previous lumbar surgery history, use of anticoagulants, thrombocytopenia, local or systemic infection, local anesthetic allergy, etc.); 3. Pregnancy related complications (i.e.,gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational placenta previa, placental abruption diabetes); 4. Fetal malformations; 5. High risk of cesarean section (i.e.,history of cesarean delivery, uterine anomaly, morbid obesity); 6. Serious physical diseases, mental disorders, etc..
