The proximal group:When pacing was measured, HV interval> 0 ms and anatomically located in area P
The middle group:When pacing was measured,HV interval is between 0 and 15ms and anatomically located in area M
The distal group:When pacing was measured, HV interval<-15 ms and anatomically located in area D

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right ventricular pacing dependent patients with or without heart failure; 2. Patients with sick sinus syndrome; 3. Atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate need atrioventricular node ablation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with left bundle branch pacing failure; 2. Patients with inconsistent anatomical and electrophysiological localization; 3. Patients with ventricular septal perforation, electrode dislocation and abnormal pacing parameters after operation.
