35 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 35 and <= 75 years, regardless of gender; 2.Patients with ischemic stroke whose onset was <= 2 weeks (14d); 3.Carotid atherosclerosis with vulnerable plaque was diagnosed; 4.Signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the clinical investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose condition is serious enough to require surgery; 2.Coma patients (NIHSS 1a level of consciousness items > 1 point); 3.Liver dysfunction (alANINE aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase exceeding 2 times of the upper limit of normal value), renal dysfunction (creatinine value exceeding 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value); 4.The mentally ill; 5.Patients with intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; 6.Participate in clinical trials of other medical facilities or drugs within 30 days of signing the informed consent; 7.Those who are allergic to the test drugs and their ingredients; 8.Pregnant women; 9.The researchers considered the participants unsuitable.
