Group Pressure:After induction, give 30mmhg pressure higher than systolic blood pressure for 2 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 0-18 years old; 2. Elective surgery for congenital heart disease; 3. Get informed consent from parents or guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA > III; 2.Emergency operation; 3.Previous nervous system diseases; 4.Fever before operation; 5.Use of sedative drugs, and the withdrawal time is less than 24 hours.
