60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. Able to carry out daily communication activities and walk independently; 4. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24 and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure of important organs (heart, liver, kidney, etc.) and severe physical diseases; 2. Epilepsy and other mental illness; 3. People with severe audiovisual impairment; 4. People with severe photosensitive dermatitis; 5. Received any form of treatment for mild cognitive impairment within one month; 6. Patients with dementia.
