Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) 10 <= MMSE <= 25 and the NPI-12 indicates the presence of mental behavior symptoms; b) Able to communicate normally and have the ability to practice; c) The patient signs an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Past mental illness or combined with severe mental symptoms, severe suicidal tendency, severe disability; b) There are language communication barriers and severe hearing and vision barriers; c) Past history of brain injury or severe head trauma; d) Have a history of MBCT intervention or receive other psychotherapy at the same time.
