18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female of childbearing age conducting HPV screening from both outpatient department of gynecology and health examination center in each research center; 2. Having an experience of sexual intercourse as well as not during the menstrual period; 3. No sexual intercourse and vaginal medication and flushing 3 days before sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within 8 weeks of pregnancy of postpartum; 2. Previous history of reproductive tract tumors; 3. Previous history HPV bivalent, tetravalent or nine-valent vaccination; 4. Received treatment for anti- HPV and STDs pathogens infection; 5. Previous history of hysterectomy, cervical surgery and pelvic radiotherapy; 6. Utilization of broad-spectrum antibiotics, probiotics or vaginal suppositories in reproductive tract within 1 month.
