Group A:Group A adopted the method of atomizing surface anesthesia with type A disposable miniature atomizer
Group B:Group B adopted the method of atomizing surface anesthesia with type B disposable miniature atomizer
Group C:Group C adopted the method of atomizing surface anesthesia with type C disposable miniature atomizer
Group D:Group D adopted the method of atomizing surface anesthesia with type D disposable miniature atomizer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with endotracheal intubation under elective general anesthesia, gender not limited, clear difficult airway or suspected difficult airway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Patients with airway bleeding; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate.
