Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative ASA score was I-III; 2) D3 radical operation for colorectal cancer was performed; 3) On the first day after operation, the triglyceride level of abdominal drainage fluid was checked 6 hours after taking liquid, TG >= 1.2 mmol / L; or after taking semi liquid, the abdominal drainage tube appeared milky liquid or the drainage volume increased, TG >= 1.2 mmol / L; 4) The patients and their family members can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Extraregional lymph node dissection was performed during operation; 2) Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding need emergency surgical resection; 3) ASA grade IV or V; 4) Patients or their families could not understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
